The project was a model collaboration with the Alaska Native Advisory Group in selection and interpretation of artifacts; curation by Aron Crowell of NMNH; Museum staff and architectural and exhibit consultants. Over 600 artifacts are on longterm loan from the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of the American Indian and National Museum of Natural History.
