ANCHORAGE MUSEUM

Owner Representative services for the $110 million, 80,000sf Anchorage Museum Expansion: project management, strategic planning, public outreach, design and construction oversight. The expansion was designed by David Chipperfield, with local architectural support of Daphne Brown with Kumin Associates. The project included a two-acre Common landscaped with native vegetation by Charles Anderson. The new facility reoriented the Museum to downtown, and opened views from the Museum to the Chugach Mountains.
